AGE RESTRICTION
The use of our facilities is restricted to individuals who are at least 19 years old.
RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS
All guests must be physically present on-site and provide valid government-issued identification to verify their age.
RIGHT TO REFUSE ACCESS
We reserve the right to refuse access to any individual deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances, or who may otherwise pose a risk to themselves or others.
ENTRY RESTRICTIONS
Guests are restricted from entering our facilities if they have been previously barred by regulators or law enforcement, or if they have voluntarily self-excluded at another gaming establishment.
GAMBLING RESPONSIBILITY
We promote responsible gambling practices and encourage all guests to gamble within their means.
SELF-EXCLUSION PROGRAM
Guests who wish to exclude themselves from our facilities for a set period of time may do so by contacting us in writing.
IDENTIFICATION VERIFICATION
All guests are required to provide valid government-issued identification upon request, which will be used to verify their age and identity.
DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
We collect personal data from our guests for the purposes of verifying their identities and age, as well as to monitor gameplay and identify potential issues with problem gambling. We maintain this information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
PAYMENT TERMS
All payment transactions are processed securely through authorized third-party vendors.
GAME FAIRNESS AND OUTCOMES
We use Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure the fairness of game outcomes.
LIABILITY AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
We make no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise, with respect to our facilities, games, services or materials.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS
We comply with all applicable gaming regulations and laws within our jurisdiction.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre.
AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES

These Terms and Conditions may be amended, modified or supplemented at any time by us without prior notice.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TERMS
By accessing our facilities, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
NOTICE

All notices related to these Terms and Conditions shall be in writing and delivered in person or sent via mail.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed stricken from the terms and conditions but all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
